JSC Begin College Exposure Program
Florida Atlantic Women's Coach Conducts Classroom Session
Brian Dooley, Head Coach of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) Women’s program, popped into town last weekend and put on a clinic for the Jammers 93 Girls and followed up with a classroom session for the players and parents.  The visit was very well received with a host of information being provided regarding the college recruitment process.

Dooley, a longtime South Florida soccer fixture, is in his eighth season as head coach at Florida Atlantic University. His first seven years at the helm, coupled with his previous four-year stint as head coach of Barry University, have made him one of the most successful collegiate coaches not only in the Southeast, but the entire NCAA. Ten times he has guided his teams to 11 or more wins including seven seasons of 14+ win campaigns.

“As the JSC program evolves it is critical that we provide opportunities for players who are interested in playing in college.  Our aim is to inform our members of what steps are necessary and when they need to take them to help them with their “college game plan”.  Brian Dooley has built FAU into a strong NCAA Div I program and we are privileged to have him work with us," said JSC Executive Director Alan Foy.

The Jammers' web site will soon have a wealth of information regarding college steps and it is hoped that more events of this kind will be provided for the membership.
