One of the most pressing issues each and every soccer year is the number of soccer referees available to officiate. Recruiting, educating and retaining soccer referees is an ongoing and pressing need for the health of all our soccer programs. No single organization, group, club or association can do it all, and in no small way is the success of soccer in our region separate from having available a large pool of skilled, enthusiastic and supported licensed USSF Referees.
